Delivering Your Bullion

Purchases from us:

Once you have bought your bullion from us either online, by phone, or in our store you have 3 options for delivery.

  1. Pick up your purchase in person from our store. If you purchased in store this is immediate (unless out of stock which is very rare).  We are located in a building of 2000 people providing good anonymity and have easy parking directly underneath with heavily discounted rates for customers.
  2. Insured freight delivery – We discreetly package and ship your purchase via courier fully insured.  The package must be signed for on arrival.  Delivery in Brisbane metro areas takes same to 1 day, and country deliveries between 2 and 4 days depending on your location.  Please note - for security and insurance reasons we do not ship on Thursdays and Fridays, nor 2 days before a public holiday.  The cost of delivery will be calculated in the shopping cart, added to your total order and you will see this before committing to payment.  Our webstore delivery calculator is only automated for domestic deliveries in Australia.  If delivery is outside of Australia we will email you with a balance amount payable for your destination.  If this rate is unacceptable we can cancel your order or you can arrange your own pickup if you’d prefer.
  3. Free delivery to Reserve Vault – Ainslie Bullion recommends Reserve Vault for the ultimate in secure storage of your bullion.  We offer free delivery to the vault where you can collect and put in your own safe deposit box or safe, or if a custodial client simply leave it to Reserve Vault to receipt and store on your behalf.  You can arrange your own storage unit by calling Reserve Vault on 07 3221 6128 or visit www.reservevault.com.au for more information. 

Sales to us:

If you have decided to sell some of your bullion and you are remote to Brisbane, please phone us directly to agree on the sale price and then mail to us.  For larger weights or for your convenience we will arrange a courier pick up for you.  We provide you written instructions at the time and it’s all very simple and easy - and it all starts with a phone call (1800 819 474)
