Online ID Verification - Individuals

For use exclusively by individuals, you can complete your ID verification securely online   This service is not available for Businesses, Corporations, Trusts or SMSFs.

Manual Verification - Non Individuals, Companies, Trusts

If your account is held by a Company, Corporate Trustee, Trust, or SMSF, we’re required to identify the beneficial owners and/or members behind the entity.

Step 1 — Provide entity documents

A) Companies / Corporate Trustees

Please email one of the following (must show the company name and directors/members/shareholders):

• Annual Company Statement, or
• Current Company Extract, or
• Another official ASIC document showing the company name and members

B) Trusts and SMSFs

Please email:

• Trust Deed — Full document
• Plus corporate trustee documentation (if applicable), as outlined in A) above

Step 2 — Personal ID verification (required for each person)

Each director, trustee, shareholder/member, or authorised representative must verify their ID either:

• via our Online ID Verification portal (above), or
• by calling: 1800 296 865 (VIC) or 1800 161 383 (QLD and elsewhere)
