As you’ve elected to make payment via bank transfer, you can simply follow the bank transfer instructions shown on this page. We prefer you use the PayID and reference shown, but if you are unsure how to use PayID, you can use the standard BSB and ACC shown. Please ensure you use the correct reference number when making payment. Fees may be involved if you make an incorrect payment, or use an incorrect reference number

What's next?

You have elected to pay a direct bank transfer to our payment partner, Instant Pay

  • You should receive an email with a link summarising your purchase within the next few minutes
  • If this email does not turn up within 1 hour, please check your junk or spam email folder and then contact us to let us know if you are still experiencing issues.
  • You will need to copy either the PayID or bank details and go to your internet banking to make the payment.  Unless you are with CBA we should see that almost immediately. (CBA will take 24 hours on your first transaction).
  • If you do not have a sufficient transfer limit to make full payment, you can pay the balance the next day using the same details. 
  • Shortly after these emails you will receive our invoice that will show that you have paid in full.
  • You are all done and your order will either be shipped or stored the business day afterwards or you can come and collect.
