What's next?

You have elected to pay a deposit now and the balance by invoice with payment by bank transfer or BPay

  • You should receive an email summarising your purchase within the next few minutes and an email from our payment gateway provider, eWAY confirming your deposit.
  • If these emails do not turn up within 1 hour, please check your junk email folder and then contact us to let us know if you are still experiencing issues.
  • If within business hours you will soon receive our invoice that will show that you have paid a deposit and requesting the balance payment.  If outside of business hours, we will send this to you early on the next business day.  Again if you haven’t received it, please check your junk or spam folder.
  • We require your payment as cleared funds within 24 hours before the items can be released for shipping or pickup.
